전사 작업
인바운드 및 아웃바운드 통화 흐름에서 사용할 수 있는 Transcription 작업을 통해 통화 흐름에 대한 음성 녹음 기능을 활성화할 수 있습니다. Use this action with the Genesys Cloud Performance > Workspace > Interactions > Transcript feature to gain insight into the content of voice interactions, improve training and feedback for contact center employees, and identify business problems.

Transcription 작업에 액세스하려면 작업을 열고 Audio 범주를 확장한 다음 Transcription 작업을 편집기로 끌어다 놓습니다.
참고: You can also stream audio through AudioHook Monitor by adding a Transfer to ACD action in your flow and then selecting an associated queue.
