전제 조건
- 응답 > 모두 > 모두 허가
- 딸깍 하는 소리 관리자.
- 아래에 문의 센터, 클릭 미리 준비된 답변.
- Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Interaction Assets > Canned Responses.
- 딸깍 하는 소리 도서관 .
- From the Actions column, next to the library you want to edit, click Edit Library .
- 변경합니다.
- Click Edit Library.
