클라이언트 애플리케이션 통합 설정

전제 조건
  • Genesys Cloud CX 1 Digital Add-on II, Genesys Cloud CX 2 Digital 또는 Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital 라이선스
  • 통합하려는 애플리케이션의 라이선스입니다. 자세한 내용은 Genesys Cloud 영업 담당자에게 문의하십시오. 
  • Genesys Cloud CX 1의 최소 구독 수준이 필요합니다.
  • 통합 > 완성 > 모두 권한( 마스터 관리자 역할)

참고: 애플리케이션에 대한 적절한 라이선스를 구매하면 Genesys Cloud 영업 담당자가 조직에서 애플리케이션을 실행할 준비가 되었는지 확인합니다.

To configure the integration, perform the following steps:

    1. 딸깍 하는 소리 관리자.
    2. 아래에 통합, 클릭 통합.
    3. Click Add Integration. Displays the Integrations landing page where you can click Integrations to create a new integration
      참고: 조직에 대한 통합을 구성하지 않은 경우 새 통합 추가 대신 옵션이 나타납니다.
    4. The available applications appear as tiles. You can also use the Search box to type the name of the application. Click the image to enlarge. Displays the Integrations applications page, which lists the applications as tiles. You can use the Search box to search an app
    5. To install the application, select the application and click Install.
      1. The Integration page of the selection application displays. The Details tab is selected by default. Each application displays different options and fields. For more information, see Create a new application
      2. Click the Configuration tab and update the fields accordingly.
      3. Click the Support tab to view the links for additional support. 
      4. Once you are done with the changes, click Save.
      5. Navigate back to the Details tab. On the upper right corner of the Details tab, click the Inactive toggle.
      6. The Change Status dialog box appears. Click Yes to make the application Active (usable by persons who have permission to access it.)
      7. To uninstall the integration, on the lower right corner of the Details tab, click the Uninstall Integration link.
    6. To view the details of the application, select the application and click Details.
