전제 조건
  • 권한 부여 > 역할 > 편집하다 역할에서 권한을 제거하는 권한
  • 권한 부여 > 역할 > 보다 역할에 대한 권한을 볼 수 있는 권한
  • 권한 부여 > G호언 장담 > 삭제 사용자의 권한을 제거하는 권한

관리자는 사용자에게 할당된 미사용 역할과 역할에 대한 미사용 권한을 식별할 수 있습니다. Genesys Cloud identifies the unused roles and permissions based on the usage patterns of users in the last 30 days. Administrators can remove them to reduce the security risks.

참고: Genesys Cloud는 사용하지 않는 역할 및 권한을 실시간으로 식별하지 않습니다. The Unused columns update every 48 hours.

사용자의 미사용 역할 식별 및 제거

A check mark in the Unused column indicates that the user has not used this role in Genesys Cloud in the last 30 days.

  1. 딸깍 하는 소리 관리자.
  2. 아래에 사람 및 권한, 딸깍 하는 소리 사람들.
  3. 딸깍 하는 소리 메뉴 > 사용자 관리 > 사용자 .
  4. Find the user that you want to view.
  5. 딸깍 하는 소리 더 그리고 나타나는 메뉴에서 클릭하세요 사람 편집 . 에서 역할 탭, 사용하지 않음 열에는 사용되지 않는 역할에 대한 체크 표시가 표시됩니다.
  6. 사용자에게서 사용하지 않는 역할을 제거하려면 할당된 열.

역할에 대해 사용하지 않는 권한 식별 및 제거

A check mark in the Unused column indicates that none of the users with the role assigned have required this permission in Genesys Cloud in the last 30 days.

  1. 딸깍 하는 소리 관리자.

  3. 딸깍 하는 소리 메뉴 > 사용자 관리 > 부문 .
  4. Find the role that you want to view.
  5. 딸깍 하는 소리 더 표시되는 메뉴에서 역할 편집.
  6. 클릭 권한 탭. The Unused column displays the check mark for the permissions that are unused.
  7. (Optional) To display only the permissions assigned for the role, click Assigned Permissions.
  8. To remove the unused permission from the role, clear the check box next to the permission.
