원격 작업 시 비상 주소 설정

Genesys Cloud Voice는 US-East-1, US-East-2, US-West-2 및 CA-Central-1 리전의 모든 조직에서 미국 및 캐나다의 Ray Baum's Act를 지원합니다. 이 기능을 사용하면 원격 주소를 비상 주소로 지정할 수 있습니다. Genesys Cloud Voice를 사용하는 에이전트이고 원격으로 작업하는 경우 비상 주소 기능을 사용하여 원격 주소를 비상 주소로 지정할 수 있습니다. 그렇게 하면 필요에 따라 응급 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다.

Genesys Cloud의 여러 위치에서 맞춤형 비상 주소를 설정할 수 있습니다. 개인 정보 보호를 위해 이 사용자 지정 긴급 주소는 상담원만 볼 수 있습니다.

참고: Communicate 모바일 애플리케이션에서 걸려온 긴급 전화는 Genesys VoIP 서비스가 아닌 모바일 장치의 기본 전화 서비스 공급자를 통해 전송됩니다. 모바일 장치에서 전화 서비스를 사용할 수 없는 경우 Genesys VoIP 서비스는 설정에 입력한 마지막 비상 주소를 사용합니다.

요구 사항

Genesys Cloud Voice에서 이 기능을 사용하려면 각 상담원에게 개별 DID 전화번호를 할당해야 합니다. 공유 전화번호 및 내선 번호는 현재 지원되지 않습니다.

사용자 설정

사용자 설정에서 사용자 지정 비상 주소를 설정할 수 있습니다.

  1. 사이드바에서 프로필 사진을 클릭합니다. .
  2. 딸깍 하는 소리 긴급 주소 업데이트 .
  3. Enter your full home address in the Emergency Address boxes that appear on your profile page.
  4. 딸깍 하는 소리 구하다.
메모:
  • If the emergency address update fails, you will see an error message: Error processing emergency location information. This error message indicates one of the following:
    • It is taking longer to process the update
    • The address entered is not valid or the address is not in the correct format. Review the address entered. Make corrections if needed and try the update again. If the address is correct, refresh the page. If the address is not changed, try the update again. If you cannot successfully set or modify the profile after a few attempts, contact Customer Care.
  • If the emergency address update is successful, the address that was stored with e911 service and the 911 service provider is returned in the response.
  • If you refresh the user settings and do not see the updated address, then there may be a delay in receiving the provisioning response. For example, the 911 provider could be experiencing an issue or there may be a high volume of traffic. Just wait a few minutes and then refresh the user settings.
