Deprecation: Amazon Lex V1 bot integration

Amazon has announced that Amazon Lex V1 will reach end-of-life (EOL) by September 15, 2025. On September 15, 2025, Genesys will completely remove support and availability for the Amazon Lex V1 bot integration. Customers can continue to use this feature until the EOL date. Genesys recommends affected customers work with their sales representative for alternative solutions.

You are affected if you use the Amazon Lex V1 integration to call Lex V1 bot actions in Architect interaction flows. Specifically, flow authors can no longer use Lex chat bot and voice bot actions in Architect call, message, and chat flows after the EOL date.
