The Genesys Cloud EX license is a Genesys Cloud package that is similar to Genesys Cloud, but does not include voice, email, or digital interaction handling capabilities. This license allows users access to all Workforce Engagement Management capabilities from Genesys Cloud on voice interactions that are handled on an external platform. Users can also leverage workforce management, gamification, performance and engagement, development and feedback modules, and coaching capabilities from Genesys Cloud on email interactions that are handled on an external platform.
